Ice | 50ml Penrhos Apple and Elderflower | Tonic Water | Apple to Garnish 


Fill your glass with plenty of ice, add 50ml of Apple and Elderflower Gin
Top up with Indian Tonic Water and garnish with thin slices of apple for a refreshing fathers day tipple.

A Penrhos Gin Mojito


Crushed Ice | 50ml Penrhos London Dry | Soda Water | 2 tsp Caster Sugar | 1 Lime & 10 Mint leaves


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle together to release the flavours.
Pour over ice, top up with soda, stir well and garnish with a wedge of lime and sprigs of mint for a delish and light cocktail.

Penrhos Rhubarb and Ginger 


 Ice | 50ml Penrhos Rhubarb | Orange Juice | Ginger Beer/Ale | Mint leaves


Over ice add 50ml of Penrhos Rhubarb, 50ml Orange Juice. Top up with Ginger Beer or Ale.
Add Mint leave, stir well and most importantly, enjoy!

Ice | 50ml Penrhos Rhubarb | 10ml Dry Vermouth  


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
Pour into an ice cold Martini Glass from the freezer and garnish with a twist of orange (rose petals are optional). The perfect drink to get Fathers Day started.
