A G&T is always a classic and an absolute crowd pleaser.
Simple and easy to make, but very important to make sure your glass is always full of ice. Less dilution meaning it will keep your G&T colder and stronger for longer.
Step 1
Start by filling your chosen glass with plenty of ice
Step 2
Add 50ml of our award winning Penrhos Wonky Raspberry Gin (packed full over over 100g of raspberries that weren’t perfect enough for the shop shelves)
Step 3
Add your chosen tonic, we suggest an Indian or an Aromatic to compliment the raspberry flavours.
Step 4
Garnish with frozen raspberries (if you have any that are past their best, keep them in the freezer to always have a garnish on hand!)
