Raspberry gin and lemonade is a fantastic alternative for those who don’t like tonic because:
Sweeter & More Refreshing – Unlike tonic, which has a distinct bitterness from quinine, lemonade adds a natural sweetness and citrusy zing that balances beautifully with raspberry gin.
Enhances the Berry Notes – The fruity, slightly tart profile of raspberry gin pairs perfectly with the zesty and sweet character of lemonade, making for a smooth and deliciously drinkable cocktail.
Easy & Versatile – It’s a simple, fuss-free combination that works well for any occasion, whether you’re sipping in the sun or enjoying a cozy night in.

For this recipe you will need;
Lemon
Raspberries
Mint

Method
Into your glass full of ice add;
50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry.
Squeeze in half a lemon.
Top up with your pink lemonade.
Garnish with mint. (don’t forget to smack your mint to release the flavours!)
Why not make our raspberry ice cubes to enhance the raspberry in the gin.
Into your ice cube tray add fresh or frozen raspberries (ideally once that might be a little wonky!) Top up with water and freeze over night.
They make the perfect addition to your Gin and Lemonade!
