Cocktail ingredients
For one serving:
- 50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry Gin
- An Indian Tonic, we love Double Dutch and Fever Tree
- Frozen Raspberries
How TO MAKE A PINK G&T
1 The most important thing is to fill your glass with plenty of ice.
2Pour the Gin over the ice.
3 Add in your frozen raspberries.
4 Gently stir for the raspberries to infuse with the Gin.
5 Gently stir for the raspberries to infuse with the gin, until it turns super pink.
6 Top up with your chosen tonic and enjoy!

- The most important thing is to fill your glass with plenty of ice! More ice means less dilution keeping your G&T cooler and stronger for longer.
- Freeze any raspberries that are past their best so you always have a garnish to hand.
